A COOPERATIVE ECONOMY

The emerging economy will empower social entrepreneurs, local communities, governments and social impact Investors to collaborate in order to create and develop social enterprises and social businesses in their local communities.

AN OPEN DOOR TO A NEW ECONOMY

 THE VISION

Blue Voice Enterprises is a collaborative think tank  seeded by founder Michkael Baker.

Michkael and Blue Voice Enterprises teaches the power of the emerging INTEGRATION which some call THE NEW ECONOMY.We envision that the global community will soon be interconnected by physical objects that are embedded with electronics, software, and sensors; this is nowbeing referred to as the Internet of Things. We see that one of the main things that will take place in this emerging interconnectivity will be that everyone will be able to become their own virtual marketplace by being the main portal of connection. Personal data and information will be stored and controlled by individuals rather than on web servers, applications or corporate operating systems.

This new technology will be co created using open source technologies such as the one behind bitcoin called the block chain technology software system. We envision that each person will have their own personal inventory or what we call a storehouse or some call a personal data locker. This technology will eliminate most all listing and hosting sites including all e-commerce platforms.

The system is not limited to products and services but can be utilized to securely and privately connect and match people to other people, information and collect data that can be analyzed to solve local and global problems. Businesses that are not open with their data and do have not adopted an open Social Impact Business Model will be disrupted as local and global support will deter to social impact businesses or conscious capitalism as some refer to the triple bottom line.

Michkael has spent 14 years in research to develop systems, technologies and businesses that will support businesses , local governments and communities through these disruptions that will take place during this Integration of technologies.

WHAT IS AN ECONOMY

 MANAGEMENT OF THE HOUSEHOLD

An economy (Greek οίκος-household and νέμoμαι – manage) or economic system consists of the production, distribution or trade, and consumption of limited goods and services by different agents in a given geographical location. The economic agents can be individuals, businesses, organizations, or governments.

During the past century, governments and charitable organizations have gone to great efforts to address social problems such as poverty, lack of education, and disease. The current system of managing these problems is not sustainable.

CURRENT ECONOMY

SOCIAL SECTOR

Non profits with the similar missions rarely share their information with other non profits for fear of losing out on crucial funding for their organizations.

”PRIVATE

Corporate businesses who can help fund these efforts with their surplus and innovations instead focus on profits and on short-term quarterly earnings for their stockholder investors at the exclusion of all else.

PUBLIC SECTOR

Governments around the world are having great difficulty in funding their commitments to solve these problems and are limited by old ways of doing things with the greatest being seeking to solve these problems without the collective ideas and input of the global community.

NEW WAYS OF DOING BUSINESS

Social Impact businesses will lead the way in the transformation into a New Global Economy. We call them Social Enterprise and Social Businesses. These businesses have a primary social objective and whose surplus revenues are principally reinvested back into the business and to local communities rather than being driven soley by the need to maximize profit for shareholders or their founders.

SOCIAL BUSINESS

A business designed to address a specific social objective. Investors in a social business are returned their initial investments but do not receive surplus profits from the company. All surplus revenue is recycled back into the business to maintain stability, growth and to provide support for its workers, members and their local community.

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

A business that uses revenue to achieve a social purpose. The surplus revenues are used to expand the company’s reach, improve it’s products/services and invest and or develop in social impact businesses that support the economy of local communities. Surplus revenues in a social enterprise are also shared with the company’s founders, social impact investors and its employees.

A NEW ECONOMY

A new economy has been envisioned based on collaboration, innovation and the promotion and distribution of social impact businesses products and services that are funded by the pooled talents, skills and resources of local communities. This new system will accelerate sustainable innovation exponentially.

HOW THIS NEW ECONOMY WILL WORK

SUPPORTING THE INTEGRATION

Blue Voice Enterprises is developing a local and global open source operating system to join collaborative ready sharing economy and social impact organizations together. In order to collaborate we have developed a decentralized system of governance we call the Creative Action Centers of Online Open Source Networks or The CACOON. The CACOON is a collection of seven key centers that focus on specific areas of the economy. The action cetners are renovated buildings and properties in local neighborhoods that support the transformation of these properties into centers of community development and innovation.

The collective ideas, information and data that is within each organization will be used to support and empower entrepreneurs and communities to co-create and develop social impact businesses that support local communities and usher in a new ecomic system.

COLLABORATION

An open source communication, sharing and exchange  system allows individuals, communities and nations to collaborate in the sharing of resources to receive real time economic and social data to solve social  problems and create solutions.

COMMUNITY LENDING

Cooperative Communities can lend to individuals of their own community or complimentary communities that share a common goal and vision. Loans are paid back in the form of the sharing of skill and talents agreements rather than  burdensome compounding usury/interest agreements.

COMPLIMENTARY CURRENCY IMPLEMENTATION

Community Credits are an electronic form of complementary currency that can be used to stimulate transactions on a local and global basis. Members receive community credits in exchange for their participation in community building programs within Cooperative Community Action Centers.

INNOVATION

Innovation will be accelerated by creating a Community Crowd Funding/Sourcing Market. The Community Market is where local communities are matched to goods and services from local and global start up and established social impact businesses.

COMMUNITIES

The Community Market is a passive commerce market which matches invidiuals to exactly what they are asking for. The precise information from communities on what they want , when they want and how they want it results in social impact businesses having the ability to provide a higher quality of sustainable products and services at very low costs while reducing their environmental waste.

BUSINESS

The Community Marekt will reduce the investment and lead time required to drive the next wave of innovation into markets by enabling social impact businesses  to rapidly build on previous waves of innovation.

PROMOTION & DISTRIBUTION

Real time data is aggreated from local communites and used  to promote and distribute the ideas, products, services and solutions created by social enterprise and social businesses.

SOCIAL IMPACT INVESTING

Community crowd funding and sourcing within the cooperative communities produces precise information on what is taking place in the market. Having real time data before a product is even produced results in a reduction of waste in production and costs of overhead such as advertising and market research development.

COMMUNITY INVESTORS

Cooperative communities directly collaborate with social entrepreneurs and social impact businesses who are developing their products and services. Having these products and services developed according to their exact needs, pricing and production standards will provide a social impact return on investment that compliments any financial profit.

DEVELOPING THE ACTION CENTERS

THE SOCIAL IMPACT INNOVATION SYSTEM IN ACTION

01

Local Cooperative Communities pull their resources of talents, skills, money and alternative community currencies into a collective community holding exchange that is free of debt.

These resources are then distributed to the co-operative community action centers to support the development of social impact businesses.

02

The Storehouse Foundation collects data on what is needed in local and global communities. The data collected is then shared with global foundations and local communities to solve social problems. Once problems and solutions are identified, resources from the storehouse foundation are distributed to co-operative community action centers to fund the development of social businesses and social enterprises.

03The CACOON

ersonal data and information are private and controlled by members rather than corporate or government agencies. The CRT is a global interconnected marketplace that allows for the precise  matching of individuals asking or buying to giving or selling.

04

Investment of capital into social impact businesses  will accelerate the rate at which New Economy businesses are developed.  Social Impact Innovation Networks that consist of investors and social enterprises will be formed by these investments.  Social Impact Innovation Networks will support corporations  in their transition into the new economy.
