Community Village Hub Project Introduction & Master Planning Session

Date: February 11th
Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Location: Lia Griffith Studios, 715 NE Lawrence Ave Ste 101, Portland, OR 97232, United States

Purpose of the Gathering

We are bringing together key stakeholders to introduce the Community Village Hub Project—a regenerative model for rapidly revitalizing local economies by developing community-driven housing, farms, and business hubs.

This initiative will fund and establish:

  • Urban Community Village Hubs – Community-led ecosystems in Portland and beyond

  • Tygh Valley Community Village Hub – 100+ acres for designing a replicable village prototype

  • Quarterly incubation cycles - Held at Lia Griffith Studios, where we will prototype, fund, and refine these models before scaling

This is not a one-time event but the beginning of an ongoing collaboration—bringing together builders, planners, funders, and community members to co-create and finance this vision. This meeting will help set the foundation for funding, partnerships, and development.
